Shipping

Shipping is calculated by weight at cost. Estimated shipping costs can be viewed in the customers basket during the order process with the exact shipping cost calculated at the checkout page.

If for any reason our delivery agents are unable to deliver the order for what ever reason and return the order to us, then for us to resend the order will incur you paying the extra postage costs.


Returning Goods

If you are unhappy with your goods then you will need to obtain a returns number, They must be returned complete, undamaged and in the original packaging, fit for resale. A restocking fee of 10% will apply.

If your goods are faulty in some way, then you will need to obtain a returns number, If goods found to be faulty then replacements will be sent or full refund.

You have the right to return goods within 7 days from receipt without providing a reason.  Any credit due will be made within 7 days of cancellation. The exception to this is for magnetic & media products which cannot be returned if the seal is broken.
